The Everglades Roots Festival is a grassroots winter gathering held each January at Trail Lakes Campground in Florida, bringing together bluegrass, Southern rock, folk, jam bands, and singer-songwriters for a laid-back celebration beneath the cypress trees. What began as a small pickin’ party has grown into a weekend of campfires, pickin’ circles, touring and local talent, camping, craft and food vendors, and immersive swamp-culture experiences unique to the Big Cypress. More than just a music event, it honors tradition, community, and the wild spirit of Old Florida.
